• Introduction: Initial consultation to understand your needs and goals
• Tailored Analysis: Land Life’s remote sensing analysis and carbon projections assess land conditions for restoration and determine project eligibility.
• Site Visit: Land Life staff will join you on the ground to understand the project site firsthand.
• Agreement: Formalize our partnership and project details through contracting.

02 / Planting

• Project Design: Develop a science-based and custom native forest restoration blueprint for your land project.
• Terrain Preparation: If necessary, prepare land for optimal planting and tree growth.
• Efficient Planting: Experienced and licensed crews implement planting.

03 / Monitoring

• Transparent Monitoring: For the first 5 years, we monitor your project in person and/or using remote data to ensure the quality of the planting, to track growth, and to register your project for carbon removals. All data is shared with you so you can track how your project is progressing.
• Carbon Credit Rights: Land Life uses the first 40 years of carbon credits to pay for the reforestation project. You benefit from the carbon credits revenue from year 40-100.
